The Larkin Development is a blog that will follow the development and construction of the Larkin estate.
Over the past 8 years my grandfather, Harley Larkin, has been building a house for the Larkin family with help from myself and other family members.
The first few blog posts will review the history of this project and how it came to be.
We are currently working on Plumbing in the house and have almost finished putting in all the sewage system and will soon move on to water.
I hope everyone enjoys our families stories and finds this blog useful when building their own homes.
